1. Introduction

Welcome to in-flight catering ordering platform www.flyinglavion.ge. This site is fully belonging to Caterer LLC with registration ID: 406466970 and registration address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Isani District, Dzeglevi Street, N 1, Floor 4, Apartment N11. (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.flyinglavion.ge (the “Site”), which provides a platform for ordering in-flight catering services what is exclusively created by the Chef of L'Avion restaurant (the Chef). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
 

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
 

3. Services Provided

  • Description: Our Site allows users to place orders for executive in-flight catering services available on our Site. We act as an intermediary between users and catering service providers. The actual catering services are provided by third-party vendors. On base of placed order, we are providing items as per order from Chef catering facility, purchasing beverage or other items at different stocks and markets.

  • Order Process: Users can browse available catering options, place orders, and make payments through the Site. We will forward the order details to the relevant catering provider, who will fulfill the order. Additional items other than catering itself will be delivered for different vendors and providers.

  • Order Placing Time: Using our web platform, the Order should be placed not later than 18 hours’ prior of delivery time. In your order you should indicate all required catering or any item listed on our web, exact date and time of delivery, person’s name, surname and contact mail, with phone number who is responsible of catering acceptance.

  • Order Delivery Place: Placed order will be delivered for particular airport at particular aircraft, as per given date, time and flight details.

  • Catering, Food Delivery Condition: Carting, food delivered on board is prepared for serving for 95%. All ingredients of food is packed separately, all is required from you to collect them, put on plate and serve to your customers as it is shown on our platform. We believe that the final touch should be a part of your journey. That's why our dishes arrive 95% complete, leaving the last magical moment for you to perfect.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site. In case if in your country age restriction is higher than 18 to purchase alcohol please leave the site.

  • Account: You may need to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders. This includes correct flight details, delivery time, delivery date, person responsible on catering acceptance and contact information. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated promptly and may be subject to additional terms or fees.

 

5. Payment and Fees

  • Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement. We accept online payments only. Payments are processed securely.

  • Fees: Additional fees, such as service charges, delivery fees, or taxes, may apply. These fees will be clearly stated at the time of order. Any refunds or adjustments will be handled according to our refund policy.

 

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Catering delivery date or time change: Catering delivery date cannot be changed online, you should contact us in case if delivery date is postponed for more than 24 hours, or delivery time is changed for more than 12 hours at our mail your@caterer.ge. Our duty representative will revert you if change can be performed, if catering delivery date and time cannot be changed per our refund rules.  It is impossible to make any changes in delivery time or date if past more than 10 hours from the moment of placing the order.

  • Cancellation Policy: Placed order canceled is full refundable if cancelation is done within 2 hours from the moment of placing the order, but deducting order processing fee. If catering is canceled after given time additional cancelation fees is applicable. 15-hour prior of delivery time it will be deducted actual expanses and order processing fee. From 15 hours to 8 hours’ prior delivery time additionally is applicable cancelation fee in amount of 195 USD. No refund is applicable if cancelation is happening 8 hours’ prior of delivery.

 

7. Service Availability

  • Availability: Catering services are subject to availability based on location, timing, and other factors. We do not guarantee that all requested items or services will be available.

  • Photos of items and delivered items: Any item photo on web platform, other than catering, food itself, is given only for demonstration purpose, final delivery product brand or selected item visual can be different than it is actually ordered. 

  • Special Requests: Users should consider its dietary restrictions wile placing order, any item, catering itself has full information about its ingredients.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of www.f;yingchef.ge and Caterer LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

 

9. User-Generated Content

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for any content you post or submit through the Site, including reviews or feedback.

  • License: By posting content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content.

 

10. Third-Party Services

  • Links: Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by these third parties. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

  • Catering Providers: We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or quality of services provided by third-party catering vendors.

 

11. Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: The Site and its services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the services provided by catering vendors.

 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless www.flyinglavion.ge, its affiliates, owners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
