www.flyinglavion.ge is a cost efficient solution what is dedicated to deliver catering for non schedule, add-hoc charter flight in shortest time after ordering.

We know that performing charter flight is time sensitive proces, business or VIP flight can be confirmed or requested at any time, therefore we shuld be ready to deliver catering as soon as it possible to meet our customers needs and passenger preferances. 

As catering preperation is also time sensitive process we crated special menu what is always available and what can be always crafted for our customers, we are not making everything, we just delivery best what we have.

www.flyinglavion.ge is only catering ordering platform in Georgia what is ready to deliver catering order from our menu in six hours from the moment of ordering for any flight at Tbilisi, Shota Rustaveli, International Airport - ICAO Code: UGTB, IATA Code: TBS

What is ordering and canceling policy?

 

Using our web platform, you should place order not later than six hours’ prior of delivery time. In your order you should indicate all required items, exact date and time of delivery, person name, surname and contact mail, with phone number who is responsible of catering acceptance.

Canceled order cost is full refundable if cancelation is done within 1 hours from the moment of placing the order, but deducting order processing fee, after this time cancelation fees is applicable.

In case of cancelation catering order in 5 hours or less from after its ordering, but earlier than 3 hour, from total cost of the order it will be deducted actual expanses of prepeare food (but not more than 50% of total order cost)  and order processing fee.

In case of cancelation of catering order in 3 hours or less after its ordering payment is becoming fully non refundable including processing fee and delivery costs.

Can I change delivery time or date?

 

Catering delivery date cannot be changed online, you should contact us in case if delivery date is postponed, or delivery time is changed  at our mail your@caterer.ge. Our duty representative will revert you if change can be performed, if not order be canceled and you will get refund as per our refund rules.

Will my order be delivered to aircraft?

 

Main idea of creation this platform is to offer special service for business aviation, operator, flight attandent and who may it need. Any dish, or any item ordered on this platform will be directly delivered on board of aircraft at Tbilisi International Airport, at spcific date and time indicated at catering ordering moment.  All you need to select menu, order, pay for it and wait for it at designated date and time. Please, at the time of ordering indicate exact and correct details of aircraft, flight, delivery date and time, otherwise we are taking any responsibility of non delivery or delay of delivery due to incorect data.
