Order Placement Rule

Welcome to in-flight catering ordering platform www.flyinglavion.ge. This site is fully belonging to Caterer LLC with registration ID: 406466970 and registration address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Isani District, Dzeglevi Street, N 1, Floor 4, Apartment N11. (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Order Placement Rules (“Rules”) govern your use of our website www.flyinglavion.ge (the “Site”), which provides a platform for ordering executive in-flight catering services that is exclusively created by the Chef of restaurant of L'Avion (the Chef). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Logic of the catering ordering platform is created in such a way that gives you the possibility of ordering catering without registration, but for administration of order itself, controlling future orders or to have the possibility to check past orders it is recommended to create an account before ordering a catering. Creation of account giving possibility to predefined your company details, information what should be given in invoice and give possibility to check all your previous or current orders.  

1. Account Creation and Login

1.1 Account Requirement
To place an order it is recommended to create an account and log in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account.

1.2 Account Information
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and billing information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any changes occur. You are also responsible to provide information of the person, including contact phone and email address, who is responsible for accepting catering orders upon delivery. It is solely the responsibility of the platform user to obtain required approvals from the person whose information is imputed in the platform as catering acceptance responsible person or any other personal detail, related to catering order, or its processing.

2. Placing an Order

2.1 Selection of Catering Items
Browse the available catering options and select the items you wish to order. Ensure that you review the menu descriptions and quantities carefully before adding them to your cart or processing to a payment. Please check all ingredients and possible allergens suitable for you or for your passenger. 

2.2 Flight Information
Provide accurate flight details, including the operator details, aircraft modification, its tail number, flight number, departure, arrival date and time, any other information that may be needed for catering delivery.. This information is essential for coordinating the delivery of your catering order.

2.3 Delivery Information
Specify the delivery location and any special instructions for the delivery. Ensure that the delivery location is accessible at the scheduled time and that designated person will be available to receive the order.

2.4. Special Requests
Catering menu given on the platform is considered “as is” base, if you have special dietary requirements or specific preferences please be careful while selecting dishes, its ingredients, weight and allergens. 

2.5. Verification
We may contact you to verify the details of your order if there are discrepancies or if additional information is required.

 

3. Order Confirmation

3.1 Review and Confirm
Before finalizing your order, review all details, including the items, delivery information, and flight details. Once you confirm your order, it will be processed according to the provided information.

3.2 Payment
Complete the payment process using one of the accepted payment methods. Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and payment receipt.

 

4. Order Modifications

4.1 Modification Requests
Requests to modify an order should be accepted not later than one hour from the moment of placing order and paying for this order. Any further changes in catering order after the given time can be only done on base of its availability, as per DRRCR rules. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or fees.

4.2 Modification Process
To request a modification as per article above, please contact our customer service team at your@caterer.ge. We will confirm the changes possibility accordingly.

 

5. Order Fulfillment

5.1 Fulfillment Process
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will forward the order details to the relevant catering provider. We do not handle the preparation or delivery of the catering items directly. All this process is done by related third parties, for catering preparation is responsible for a particular provider which is indicated on the website itself, for delivery is used by a special authorized company that has ability to deliver catering on board. We are taking full responsibility for monitoring all processes from order placement to its delivery to aircraft. 

5.2 Quality Assurance
While we work with reputable catering providers, we are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of the catering items provided. Any issues related to the catering service should be addressed directly with the catering provider.
